Are you passionate about human resources and eager to dive into a dynamic, multifaceted role?

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an HR Advisor to join our expanding team. The role would thrive at our Bentonville, AR location. This position will:

• Work under the supervision of the TPC Vision Team Lead to provide dedicated HR consulting and advisory services to your client group.
• Manage a workload of client projects including employee handbook creation, employee relations consults, and client education on HR topics.
• Have an understanding of the full spectrum of HR disciplines, including employee relations, leave administration, performance management, employee benefits, policies and procedures, training and development, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with other members of the TPC Vision team, working together toward the mutual goal of client satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive outlook. Take responsibility, exercise effective decision-making, and provide constructive feedback.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or other related field or equivalent combined education and work experience. A minimum of 5 years of previous human resources experience is required, and experience working with a Human Capital Management system is beneficial. The role is best suited for someone who has:

• Solid planning capabilities that are supported by appropriate attention to detail.
