Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Program Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects primarily in the digital space and will be adept at working with teams in both onsite and offshore models, particularly with teams based in India. As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans to guide the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project resources, including teams, budgets, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation plans to address them effectively.
• Implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Establish quality assurance processes to validate the successful completion of projects and the attainment of performance objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Program Manager, preferably in a remote work environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies is a plus.
