Job description
Qualifications and competencies:
- Hold a Bachelor Degree, completed Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education is preferred;
- Enjoy with kids and passionate about education and culture industry;
- Native speakers or nonnative speakers with standard American/British pronunciation;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills;

Knowledge of early childhood instructional strategies;
Good team player, effective communication skills;
Flexible to the demands of working in an academic environment; Accountabilities:
Instruction:
- Conducting the ‘ morning circle ’ such as singing or dancing with kids;
- Designing and delivering the indoor and outdoor activities for kids and making sure the kids' safety;
- preparing the teaching materials; designing and delivering the Lessons based on the interests of kids, such as the music、art、drama、telling story；
- Ensure all the curriculum is implemented properly in the classroom and give feedback to the his or her lead teacher of school supervisor;
- Responsible for taking care of the kids, like holding baby, Milk Powdering and feeding, helping with sleep and changing dippers etc.;
- Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the center;
- Maintain good relationship with parents and record the progress of the students;
Location: Near American Embassy
Package
- Base salary from 15000-25000 (RMB)
