Job description
Toyota Cool Springs Collision Center is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Body Shop Technician Apprentice. Responsibilities:
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn the repair process of damaged vehicles.
- Assist in the repair process, including tear-down, repairs, removing dents, replacing damaged parts and final assembly.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures when operating machinery and power tools.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the repair shop and equipment.
- Ensure quality work is completed in a timely manner to meet customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
- Ability to follow instructions and take direction from experienced technicians.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
