About the role

We are actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in our organization's journey toward becoming a data-driven powerhouse. As a key member of our dynamic global team, you will be instrumental in defining requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that elevate our P&C reinsurance underwriting capabilities. This role is at the forefront of our digital transformation efforts, where you will collaborate daily with stakeholders, including underwriters, data & technology professionals, and other business units.

Join our dynamic global team, a competent data & technology partner responsible for designing and implementing innovative user journeys, data, and software products with a modern user experience for Swiss Re's underwriting and operations communities. Work alongside product owners, UX designers, technology architects, data scientists and software engineers.

For Armonk, NY, the estimated base salary range for this position (AVP or VP) is $88,000 to $186,000.  The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.  At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
