Job description

RS&H is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Transportation Practice in our Glen Allen, VA office!

 

 

Job Summary: The successful candidate will have the associated skills and prior professional experience for: preparing business documents; interfacing with RS&H support groups in legal, human resources, and business development; supporting activities of Virginia operations; performing transactional business activities; supporting monthly invoicing activities, assisting engineering staff, assisting Project Managers, and other office administrative assignments.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Special Requirements: A valid Virginia driver’s license or the ability to obtain the license within one month of hire is required. A driver’s license records check, criminal history records check, and a fingerprint check are required. Successful candidates may be required to travel for meetings with clients and RS&H associates as needed.
