Job description

Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, the Recruiter manages and coordinates the onboarding process and partners with the recruitment department on candidate outreach and Interview scheduling.
This is a full-time position that sits onsite at our Columbia office. The ideal candidate will have prior Recruiting and/or HR experience.

Essential Functions:
A successful Recruiter will be able to:
- Maintain an understanding and knowledge of staffing, recruitment, and retention initiatives for the office/region.
- Initiate hiring process including processing applications, background screening, assessments, and reference checks; makes hiring recommendations based upon results.
- Assist with the phone screening and interview scheduling process when needed.
- Complete paperwork for new hires.
- Provide recruitment reports to team managers.
- Travel up to 20%.
You'll be a great fit if:
- You have a Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
- You have strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You demonstrated leadership skills and outstanding people management skills.
- You have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- You have exceptional customer service skills and written/verbal communication.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting, multitask, and prioritize with limited supervision.
- A valid driver's license with the ability to pass a background check (including motor vehicle records check).
