Position: Loan Officer I
Compensation: DOE&E (Base Salary: $44,928-$52,000)

Hours: Full-time (40 hours) | Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

JOB SUMMARY
The Native American Development Center (NADC) of North Dakota is seeking to hire a Level I
Loan Officer to join our team. The Loan Officer serves as the underwriter of loans within the organization and helps lead the community development lending effort. Primary responsibilities are to develop client relationships, underwrite credit builder and micro-business loans, process payments and accounts receivable and oversee the loan portfolios. The Native American Development Center is a Native Community Development Financial Institution (Native CDFI) and does not make commission. This position will collaborate with bankers, investors and other key stakeholders and the Consumer Finance Counselor within the NADC to ensure the consumer and business owner financial needs of Native Americans are being met.
