Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18 and hour with weekly pay
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
MUST have reliable transportation!!!

What’s a typical day as an AVIP Proof Capture Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating AVIP Proof Capture Software/Scanner in accordance with scheduled daily item processing files and verifying branch capture file transmissions
• Operating single pocket counter top encoder and accurately encoding MICR line fields if needed, balancing, and scanning daily transactions
• Assisting in batching paper transactional work for scheduled 90-day destruction
• Providing online banking support to bank customers and bank personnel
• Answering incoming calls and directing calls to appropriate personnel
• Maintaining and cleaning AVIP proof capture scanner and single pocket encoder/counter top encoder
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and problems
• Assisting in the preparation of notices to be mailed for customers
• Cross-training on Computer Operator duties
• Complying with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Acting responsibly at all times while ensuring the security and integrity of bank systems, information, and data
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience operating AVIP Proof Capture Software/Scanner and Canon CR-190/II scanner hardware
• Are proficient in operating a single pocket encoder/counter top encoder
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in encoding MICR line fields
• Have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Are able to effectively communicate with customers and other departments
• Have a strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance procedures
• Are willing to cross-train in various Bookkeeping & Operational duties and responsibilities
