Fitness Studio Membership Sales Associate
Are you a salesperson that is Ambitious? Passionate? Go-Getter? If you answered yes, then HOTWORX Auburn and/or HOTWORX Puyallup is looking for you.
Hourly base pay with generous commissions & bonuses from multiple sources! We have an immediate need for Membership Sales Associates in our professional and exciting fitness studio.
Our ideal candidate(s) will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. As a HOTWORX Sales Associate you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales; new membership sales, retaining and growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads, community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads, retail sales and ongoing customer service and member engagement. Community outreach and being outside of the studio promoting HOTWORX will be a big part of this job. Ideally you are someone who is tied into the community that is willing to do what it takes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High energy, positive, self-motivated individual looking to continually grow.
- Commission sales-focused individuals with an ability to close the deal.
- Health & fitness-oriented mindset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT – So many leads come from solid promotion on Social Media.
- Excels in making daily high-volume sales phone calls.
- Ability to solution-sell based on customer needs.
- Ability to achieve/exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and quotas.
- Must be outgoing, quick learner, confident.
- Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!
- Looking for a long-term part-time position of 20+ hours per week and capability for full-time hours as well depending on availability.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct studio tours for guests and new members.
- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct professional guest follow up and member communications, via email, text and phone.
- Complete daily studio cleaning activities.
