Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling: Engage potential leads through phone calls with persuasive and informative conversations.
2. Lead Qualification: Assess leads for suitability and align with our real estate offerings.
3. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
4. Client Engagement: Build rapport and trust with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of the real estate process.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our real estate Acquisitions Team and sellers for a seamless transition of leads into clients.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends, our offerings, and competitors' offerings.
Requirements:
1. Daily Activity: Maintain 'active' status in call tools for at least 6.5 hours daily.
2. Minimum Offers: Make a minimum of 5 offers per day.
3. Weekly Contract Goal: Secure at least one contract per week.
4. Performance Incentives: Additional incentives for exceeding the minimum weekly contract goal.
Compensation:
1. Signing Bonus: $250 for new hires.
2. Contract Signing Bonus: $100 per secured contract, irrespective of the deal's profit.
3. Commission Structure:
* $5,000 Profit Deals: 4%
* $10,000 Profit Deals: 4.5%
* $15,000 Profit Deals: 5%
* $20,000 Profit Deals: 5.5%
* $25,000 Profit Deals: 6%
1. Performance Bonus: $500 for consistently securing 2 contracts per week for a month.
Earnings Scenarios:
1. Scenario 1 (1 Contract Per Week):
* Commission for $15,000 Profit Deal: $750.
* Contract Signing Bonus: $100.
* Total Earnings Per Contract: $850.
* Monthly Earnings (4 contracts): $3,400.
* First Month Earnings (with Signing Bonus): $3,650.
1. Scenario 2 (2 Contracts Per Week for a Month):
* Commission for $15,000 Profit Deal: $750.
* Contract Signing Bonus: $100.
* Total Earnings Per Contract: $850.
* Monthly Earnings (8 contracts): $6,800.
* Performance Bonus: $500.
* First Month Earnings (with Signing and Performance Bonuses): $7,550.
