Job description

Job Overview: The caseworker is clients’ main point of contact on the resettlement team clients and provides direct RP services to newly arrived refugee, SIV, and parolee families in accordance with the IRC’s Cooperative Agreement with U.S. Department of State. With assistance from case specialists, they will ensure that each client is provided core services from airport pick-up to 90 days after arrival and that clients are provided referrals to other IRC programming.

Internal: Caseworkers, Finance Department, Early Employment, Intensive Case Management

External: Client’s United States Ties, County Public Health officials, HealthPoint, other related service providers

Job Requirements:

Relevant degree or equivalent experience

Working Environment:

​Standard, professional office environment; in-person, field and remote work required. Driving clients and to clients in personal vehicles or in IRC vans is required.
