Job Summary

Must be able to help and assist servers throughout Food and Beverage service. Exceed guest's expectations by providing a high standard service. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Responsible for appearance of section, work station and dining room. Follow Hagadone Hospitality philosophy.

Essential Functions

• Clearing and resetting tables during service.
• Responsible for cleanliness of tables, floors, windows, high chairs, boosters, booth seats, chairs and table condiments.
• Set up boardrooms (which may include moving furniture).
• Daily sidework and stocking throughout shift.
• Lunch and Dinner menu knowledge.
• Stay attentive and courteous with every table.
• Responsible for prompt service and attentiveness to the Guest.
• Maintain service stations stock throughout each shift.
• Work as a team player and help each other throughout your shift.
• Responsible for the appearance of their designated section, as well as the overall appearance of the restaurant.
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance of each table.
• Capacity to stand for up to five hours at a time. Have good balance, steadiness and coordination.
• High level of verbal and social skills.
• Display a confident personal presence.
• Must be able to carry a 25 pound tray and tray jack at the same time.
• Must be able to climb stairs as well as a ladder/step stool to reach stock.
• Ability to work at a fast pace.

• Full Time Employees are offered these benefits first of the month following 60 days of employment
• Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
• Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

401K Plan:

• Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
• 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.

PTO :

• 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
• 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
• 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
• 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

Holiday Pay:

• Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
