**Role Description**

Join us in a full-time remote role as a Real Estate Agent. In this position, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, crafting effective sales strategies, and showcasing properties to potential buyers. Additionally, you'll oversee real property transactions and ensure adherence to all legal requirements.

**Qualifications**

- Active Real Estate License
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of client relationship management
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, with experience in sales, negotiation, and deal closure
- Proficiency in managing real property transactions and ensuring legal compliance
- Strong ability to work independently and remotely, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred

**COMPENSATION NOTICE:** The Real Estate Agent position offered is as an independent contractor (1099), providing flexibility and autonomy.
