About the Role & Team
The Disney Advertising Social Ad Partnerships team is responsible for evaluating and optimizing partnerships inclusive of negotiating deal terms, assessing performance, communicating needs and resolving issues, identifying opportunities to drive growth and influencing partners to support DAS priorities that fuel strategic initiatives across The Walt Disney Company. This includes:
Communicating value proposition and capabilities for social offerings through strategic storytelling and marketplace assessment
Collaborating with Solutions, Addressable Sales, and Revenue & Yield Management teams to create and implement press-worthy and revenue generating opportunities
Simplifying social capabilities and offerings for sales to increase advertiser adoption
Work with social platforms and Platform Distribution to build and maintain partnerships that benefit Disney and our Advertisers
What You Will Do
The Coordinator, Ad Partnerships will assist the team both tactically and administratively. They will be expected to use their organizational, interpersonal, technical and analytical skills to help the team gather and evaluate information, create materials and resources, and move projects forward within the team and with other stakeholders. This individual’s work will assist in partnership development and deal negotiations.

The hiring range for this position in Chicago, IL is $57,600 - $70,200 per year, in Bristol, CT is $57,600 - $70,200 per year and in New York, NY is $59,000 - $73,700 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job tags
