Business Operations is the glue of DE&E Technology, with a persistent focus on connecting all the pieces of the business. All the components that make up the organization – engineering, product, design, operations, support and more – come together and move the business forward with oversight, effective prioritization, and guidance. This team synthesizes information from across the business to ensure leaders are armed with all the necessary data before making strategic and financial decisions. From forecasting, funding, tracking, and reporting on projects, to ways of working, and resource management, Business Operations has transparency and input into all aspects of the team.
We seek a hard-working and experienced Technology Analyst II to join our Technology Planning and Analysis team within Business Operations. In this role, you'll work with your partners to create scalable evaluation frameworks that will be used to analyze bodies of work that are being added to the roadmap. This includes analyses related to cost modeling, sequencing and dependency mapping, prioritization, and taxonomy buildout.

Responsibilities
Pull together multiple sources of data to build multivariate frameworks that help analyze and power decisions for the organization-at-large
Create and deploy tools and dashboards for end users that power data-driven decisions.
Build strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help us automate and augment
Work with partners to establish and identify goals; define measurable objectives and key results and relevant metrics for the business; then ensure we measure them!
Be a diligent steward for our technology roadmap — and communicate out status and plans to partners, as appropriate.
Effectively achieve organizational objectives, leading through challenges, handle multiple priorities, and ensuring your partners are aligned
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in informatics, data analytics, management consulting (specifically in a quantitative or data-heavy role)
You have extensive experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker — and are deft writing database queries and scripts.
You have demonstrable understanding of various types of existing and emerging technologies and their ecosystems and have a highly developed understanding of how to partner with various team members to launch new products
You have experience working with engineering and operational teams to develop and launch products and have the ability to translate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
You are a proven self-starter and you provide strong strategic proficiency, clear thinking and presenting, and excellent decision making
You obsess about making our end-users happy and have strong opinions about good customer experience
You are creative and resourceful, with no fear of getting into the details and an impulse to be the first to take on any challenge
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in Technology, Media, Telecommunications (“TMT”) — product management, consulting
You understand the streaming video ecosystem, advertising, and/or media technology landscape
