Pay: $48,000 - $65,000 , commensurate with experience

Full Time; Full Benefits Package.

Due to multiple recent acquisitions and growth, we’re looking to add a detail oriented Staff accountant to our team. The successful applicant should have experience in financial reporting, bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular G/L account entry activity
• Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with the established schedule and with input from the rest of accounting department.
• Reconcile bank statement
• Reconcile balance sheet account monthly, research and solve discrepancies
• Assist in audit activities
• Assist accounting team in special projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

•   Bachelors’ degree in Accounting

• 2-3 yrs staff accounting experience with a small to medium size company
• Fluent in Microsoft office, excel, word, etc
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-company environment
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• MAS90 - MAS200 experience preferred
