Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Combined with the group's development strategy, set up corporate training and development system, formulated and improved various rules and regulations;
- Organize and build the internal learning and development center of the company and be responsible for the daily operation and management of the center;
- Formulate plans for talent cultivation and promotion, and cooperate with the construction of talent echelon;
- Integrate internal and external resources, establish teachers and curriculum system, organize training programs in different levels and categories, and continue to build a learning organization;
- Guide ownership enterprises to build training systems; 6. Other tasks assigned.
Foreign Language proficiency Requirements
- English/French/Russian/Spanish/Portuguese/Cypriot
- Fluent and able to use as a working language Job Requirements:
- Good educational background, full-time bachelor degree or above;
- There is no limitation on the major, such as cognitive development, human resource Management, applied psychology and management are preferred;
- 8 + years training experience, preferably in mining, mining, smelting, manufacturing or other related industries;
- 3 More than years of internal lecturer team operation experience, have the ability to independently develop courses and good teaching skills;
- Good team management skills and communication and coordination skills;
- Experience in university preparation and operation is preferred.
