Job description

Ready Mix Loader Operator - $28 an hour, $50 a day sub pay and housing
Primary responsibility is to operate a front end wheel loader in a safe manner, while loading aggregate bins for a concrete plant, loading trucks, maintaining aggregate stockpiles, maintaining haul roads and yard areas. This position is responsible for performing routine machine maintenance and the ability to lift weight as heavy as sixty five pounds is necessary. Working hours will vary and may include weekends.

General Responsibilities
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, health, environmental, employment, management, and other company policies, procedures, and principles established by government agencies and Strata Corporation.

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Operate a front end wheel loader in a safe manner in a variety of situations and traffic conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance including machine cleanliness, daily service inspection, fueling, greasing, and cleaning aggregate bins. Additional maintenance may be required as directed by supervisor.
• Participate in safety efforts including identifying and reporting unsafe conditions and/or safety policy violations, and participating in safety meetings/training.
• Participate in general plant and yard cleanliness and maintenance as directed by supervisor.

Compensation:
Compensation package is dependent upon qualifications and experience

Must possess current valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
