Job description

PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead our behavioral health programs in Santa Barbara, CA . In this role, you will ensure the quality and effectiveness and efficiency of two programs: Paths to Recovery (PTR) and Residential Support Services (RSS).

As Program Manager, you will lead a strong community-based team that supports independent living skills to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. You'll also assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising treatment goals and plans for our clients. Other responsibilities include managing program operations, participating in meetings to discuss client progress, and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and our referral sources. The schedule for this position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Position Qualifications:

• Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Psychology or Social Work. BBS License or Associate Number (or pending).
• Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with mental illness or two years' experience in human services.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Must have a valid California driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, 5 years of driving experience, and be eligible for coverage on PathPoint's auto insurance policy.
• Culturally sensitive and aware of differences in employees based on cultural backgrounds; aware of one's own culture and how someone's background may lead to biases; has the skills and resources needed to work with employees from all different cultures and the ability to avoid making biased assumptions based on someone's culture.

Compensation: This is an exempt position with an annualized starting pay of $66,560, and an annualized pay range of $66,560 to $72,800.**

**Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, license level, talent, and responsibilities.
