Job description
PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead our behavioral health programs in Santa Barbara, CA . In this role, you will ensure the quality and effectiveness and efficiency of two programs: Paths to Recovery (PTR) and Residential Support Services (RSS).
As Program Manager, you will lead a strong community-based team that supports independent living skills to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. You'll also assume primary responsibility for developing, writing, implementing, evaluating, and revising treatment goals and plans for our clients. Other responsibilities include managing program operations, participating in meetings to discuss client progress, and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and our referral sources. This position comes with wonderful perks, including flexible scheduling and supervision hours for Trainee or Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT). The schedule for this position is full-time, 40 hours per week.

Compensation: This is an exempt position with an annualized starting pay of $66,560, and an annualized pay range of $66,560 to $72,800.**
**Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, license level, talent, and responsibilities.
