Job Opportunity: Traveling Youth Sports Photographer

About Us:

At PhotoMules, we embark on an incredible journey that fuses a love for photography, sales, and the vibrant world of youth sports tournaments. We traverse the country from Fl to TX, CO, AZ, CA and more; covering exhilarating youth sports tournaments for an average of 2-3 days per weekend tournament. We are passionate about capturing memories for kids sports teams not just from the US but around the world—from soccer and baseball to football and cheerleading. Our team members skillfully capture 2 poses team after team at these tournaments and then offering these cherished moments to parents and guardians.

Role Overview:

We're seeking charismatic team members who are passionate about travel; be it flying or occasional local driving and possess the stamina to thrive in all-day tournament environments. As a key part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $35+ per hour, this includes our performance bonuses. The base rate starts at $21 per hour. Moreover, all your travel expenses—including flights, Airbnb's, Hotels, out-of-state transportation local travel gas—are covered and arranged by the company.

Responsibilities:

Your role as a Team Member encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities:

• Photography and minor editing of team photos (training given)
• Engaging in face-to-face sales interactions with parents/guardians (training given)
• TEAM Traveling to and covering various tournaments across different cities and states
• Assisting in event setup and breakdown
• Embracing a collaborative team approach

Skills and Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in photography or a photography-related position (continued training available)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (continued training available)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Initiative and critical thinking in daily tasks
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, being active for extended periods, walking up to 10 miles per day

Additional Details:

This role requires weekend availability (Friday-Sunday), occasional Thursday and/or Monday TRAVEL, and a valid driver's license.
