WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred but we are also looking for caregivers that speak Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Spanish)
• Compassionate, patient, and kind, with a strong affinity for senior adults
• Strong organizational skills
• CNA and PCA strongly preferred
• HCA registered (we can assist you with this process if you are not registered)
• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check + LiveScans in California
• Authorized to work in the United States

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support
• Communicate and document progress with the care team
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients

Pay: Starting at $17.75 / hour. We offer case differentials to $20 / hour based on acuity, experience and location. We also offer bonus pay and overtime pay.
