Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs, and recommending suitable coverage options.

New Business Development: Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.

Insurance Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, explaining policy details, coverage options, and helping them make informed decisions.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the team to facilitate the sales process, ensuring seamless and efficient client onboarding.

Client Retention: Nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Stay Updated: Continuously educate yourself on insurance industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

License: Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License or a willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame.

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is desired.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.

Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately assess client needs and ensure policy accuracy.
