Job description
Plans, manages, and coordinates the resources and activities that support the design, implementation, and successful completion of assigned project(s) to uphold department-based initiatives that correspond to the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the organization; facilitates collaborative management throughout central offices and schools to gather, structure, and analyze program requirements and deliver resources.

Qualifications: Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, public administration, business management or related field.
- Six (6) years of progressively more responsible experience within a K-12 or public sector organization, to include the management of relevant, large scale and complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of related principles, practices, methods, current trends, materials, and software.
- Proficient and skilled in the use of related technological applications to include Microsoft Access, EXCEL, Visio, and SharePoint.
- Proven project management skills that successfully manage and execute large-scale, complex projects through to on-time completion.
- Strong attention to detail and skilled in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proven facilitation and leadership skills to include motivating, inspiring, and mentoring others.
- Ability to manage project resources to include fiscal, physical, and/or capital resources.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee project work/activities and multiple deliverables.
- Ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems and develop new ideas and concepts.
- Ability to contribute to a client driven organization by establishing and maintaining collaborative, positive working relationships with diverse personnel at all levels and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to utilize sound judgment and make effective business decisions.
- Presentation skills, and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- PHR, PMP, or other related professional certification.
- Postgraduate educational license.
