Assistant Golf Coach
High School in Pittsfield, Massachusetts is looking for an Assistant Golf Coach.
Position Overview:
Will assist in teaching fundamental golf rules, technique and course etiquette; assist head coach in planning well-organized practices; must complete MIAA required coaching workshops and comply with MIAA rules. Season runs late August through late October 2024.
Requirements:
Ability to maintain a philosophy consistent with the mission and goals of the schools; ability to provide leadership and instruction to athletes; excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with students and staff; ability to convey messages of sportsmanship, work ethic and commitment to one’s team
Previous coaching at the high school level preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
