What We Do:
As the Loan Boarding Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and supporting the transfer of residential mortgage servicing rights and sub-servicing relationships. Working closely with senior management and serving as a linchpin in the client management team, you will navigate multiple projects with finesse in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and adept risk management.

How You'll Contribute:

- Support senior management in day-to-day operations pertaining to loan boarding, servicing transfers, and MSR acquisitions.
- Lead by example, serving as the primary escalation point, mentor, and coach for a multi-functional team.
- Participate in due diligence activities from deal initiation through execution.
- Collaborate with the Loan Boarding team to ensure seamless access to loan data required for mortgage loan conversions.
- Compile auditable project documentation, encompassing due diligence, data mapping decisions, and customer impact assessments.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, task lists, and reporting for loan acquisitions and servicing transfers.
- Ensure compliance with Agency forms, approvals, and instructions for new sub-servicing relationships.
- Facilitate complete deal onboarding, verifying receipt of electronic data, loan images, physical loan documents, and other transaction settlement requirements.
- Uphold a professional image for the company through effective communication with sellers, servicing entities, and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist management in developing and updating department procedures.

What You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5-7 years of mortgage experience with a comprehensive understanding of the loan servicing life cycle.
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Proficiency in Black Knight MSP.
- Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and GNMA investor guidelines pertaining to servicing transfers.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, train, evaluate performance, and lead a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with superior time-management, organizational, and project planning abilities.

Salary Range:
$66,980 - $130,020
