Job description
You will serve and support the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will perform job duties as assigned, including project-related work to support the Automation division of Client Box on Demand.
How you will impact Client
Machine Inventory
Reconcile Machine GL
Submit Machines to FA
File UCC
Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries.
Review and track all Misc Invoice submissions:
Manage machine contracts
Assist with Avetta compliance
Assist with Service Scheduling
What you need to succeed:
Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
5+ years of accounting and administrative support, customer service, sales support, preferably in manufacturing environment
Strong accounting, interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving
Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions
Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to customers and Client employees
