GCP Solution Architect
REMOTE / Hybrid.
Job Description:
- Looking for an experienced and motivated GCP evangelist to create innovative solutions in the GCP Cloud.
- A successful candidate will bring thought leadership depth of experience with GCP services strategy and hands on experience with GCP centric architectures Migration applications to GCP and a willingness to be both a leader and contributor to the overall GCP eco system.
- Minimum 15 years design implementation experience with distributed applications and systems.
- 15 years’ experience in information technology, enterprise data-center technologies.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with architecting solutions on GCP.
- Overall, 15 yrs. experience with 8+ experience utilizing multiple Cloud Platform Services [AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake] around Data Platform Migration & Modernization, Data Engineering Modernization, BI Platform Migration & Modernization, Data Architecture Modernization and Data Platform Governance
- To be successful in this role Experience in leading GCP cloud center of excellence or market facing unit in IT service industry Experience using GCP Cloud Services. Hands on seasoned solutions architect experience and architecting designing and implementing cloud based.
- Cloud native solutions Knowledge in Ansible Docker Kubernetes is preferred Prior experience having interactions and influence with CTO.
- Preferred GCP certifications GCP Professional Cloud Architect GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
- Design and innovate technical solutions services for clients’ requirements. Own the architectural and technical directions and delivery quality.
- Create POCs and assist team in fast tracking development.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing teams in developing productized solutions offerings and collaterals for RFP pre-sales response.
- Drive a team of architects for solution development and enable integration with multiple teams involved in pursuits/RFPs.
Skills Required:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) data architectures.
- Hands on experience with Cloud Run, Data Flow, Cloud SQL, Big Query and related Google Cloud Platform services
- Experience with designing high-availability, high-volume, low-latency technologies.
- In-depth expertise with modern analytics tools and techniques, including data discovery, streaming analytics, and related technologies.
- Experience with Micro services architecture.
