Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Location: Fort Myers, FL / Naples, FL Area
Salary: $120k-$150k
Requirements: 7+ Years Experience as Superintendent + experience with commercial concrete
With 40+ years in business, we are a well established contractor and have a wide range of construction projects with a heavy presence in the Fort Myers/Naples area.
We are currently hiring for an experienced superintendent with a strong background on concrete construction projects. This person will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. We are seeking someone with 7+ years of experience in commercial concrete.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee all concrete activities on the job - Planning, Scheduling, Coordinating, etc.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor project progress and enforce safety protocol
- Supervise concrete schedules and operations
- Oversee on-site concrete construction
- Monitor project progress
What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Commercial Concrete
- Division 3 Commercial Concrete Subcontracting
- Must be able to read and decipher construction documents
- Ability to draft and generate competent daily reports, delay logs, and other jobsite safety paperwork
