Job description

InfraHire is looking for Building Automation Technician in Portland, Maine Metropolitan Area

Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Building Automation Technician located in the Portland, Maine Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work. The Building Automation Technician will install, configure and troubleshoot building automation and control systems, including HVAC, security and lighting systems. The Building Automation Technician will work closely with team members to ensure successful project installation, commissioning, and post-installation support.



Qualifications

• Experience installing and commissioning building automation and control systems, including HVAC and lighting systems
• Understanding of building automation protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex building automation systems
• Familiarity with Niagara Framework and/or Desigo CC prefered
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to work effectively in team environments
