The Accounting Clerk reporting to the Controller, will execute a variety of accounting office tasks for a contractor's accounting department. Tasks may include processing various types of accounts payable including credit card transactions, reviewing job costs against purchase records, communications with vendors and/or subcontractors.

The successful candidate will:

Have 1-2 years of prior bookkeeping or accounting department experience

Basic ability with MS Word and Excel required

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Flexibility with deadlines and priorities
