Description:

What are the top 3-5 responsibilities expected of this worker?
Drive innovation and design solutions for consumer facing ecommerce Android mobile apps
Perform tech spikes, build new product features and paydown technical debt
Develop clean, high quality, performant Android app code and unit tests
Communicate solution approaches to architects, project teams and other stakeholders
Collaborate with Product Manager, Scrum Master, iOS and QE Technical Leads to maintain parity between Android and iOS apps

What are your top 3-5 skills in an ideal candidate? He/she need to have below skills:
Strong hands-on experience building consumer facing native mobile apps for Android
Hands on experience with Kotlin and Java
Sound understanding of architectural patterns like MVVM and CLEAN
Good knowledge of Android SDK
Deep knowledge of performance, scalability, security and maintainability of high-volume mobile applications

What technology is required for this role?
Android, Kotlin, Java, robolectric and Mockito is must.

Years of experience required
8+ years overall programming experience and 5+ years for experience in Android and mobile native development

Education/Certifications
4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience
