Position Summary

This recruitment will be used to fill three seasonal (maximum of 40 hours per week when taking academic term off) Ornamental Plant Breeding Assistant position for the Department of Horticulture at Oregon State University (OSU).


Performs light to heavy unskilled tasks such as grounds maintenance, field assistance, maintenance support, cleaning, and other operational duties, assisting the ornamental plant breeding program.



Position Duties

85% Assist in the maintenance and growing of container and field-grown plants:

10% Data collection and research project support:

5% Other duties as assigned:
