The PRO Companies offer a wide range of behavioral health, mental health, therapy, and educational services to children and youth throughout Pennsylvania. Our staff services the needs of our clients in homes, schools, clinics, and community-based settings.
PRO ABA is partnering with a local intermediate to support needs in Chester County. We are currently seeking full-time and part-time School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to support a local school district near West Chester, PA.

Job Details:
- Full-time or part-time hours available based on candidate's preference, M-F. Normal school day hours
- EI-12 caseload

Compensation and Benefits:
- W2 and 1099 Independent Contract positions available
- Competitive compensation based on education and experience

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Must have active PA professional license and certification (i.e., PA LBS, BCBA)
- A minimum of one-year experience working with children and/or youth
- Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
