Job description
As our Power Revenue Assurance Intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical enterprise-level skills and valuable insights into the North American Energy industry. This internship offers exposure to various aspects of the retail energy industry, including order-to-cash lifecycle implementation, business process mapping, strategy development, project management, and more. Additionally, you'll learn how departmental KPI reporting and operational controls impact Engie's Retail C&I customers. - Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues promptly
- Applying business judgment to address customer issues, billing problems, and data requests
- Assisting in gathering requirements and conducting QA testing for new development projects aimed at improving billing, customer experience, and reporting
- Providing cross-functional support to peers and departments to enhance end-to-end delivery processes
What You'll Bring - You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or at least a college sophomore with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- You are able to work up to 20-40 hours per week
- You possess strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to think analytically
- You are capable of presenting ideas professionally
- You have experience collaborating effectively in project teams
Additional Details - This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy, consisting of with a minimum of two (2) days in the Houston, TX office
- Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE's policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing

Compensation Salary Range: $21.00-$25.00 USD hourly
