Job description

KCG Companies is a leading real estate management company specializing in property management and development. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager at KCG Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing property occupancy and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the leasing process, including marketing, showing units, and screening applicants
• Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections and inspections of vacant units
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and quality completion
• Enforce property rules and regulations, address resident concerns, and maintain positive resident relations
• Monitor property performance and financials, preparing and analyzing reports

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Minimum of 3 years experience with Low income housing tax credit (LIHTC)
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Salary: $65,000-70,000 per year
