Quick Facts
- Rural, nonprofit FQHC, 1 hour from Colorado Springs and 90 minutes from Denver
- Flexible hours: 4 days of 10-hour shifts or 5 days of 8-hour shifts per week
- No weekend working required
- $2,500 CME allowance plus 5 days off for training
- 280 hours PTO per year
- Negotiable relocation assistance package
