About the Position:
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our franchisees' goals and priorities. Your primary responsibility will be guiding franchisees through our brand standards and best practices, assisting with annual business plans, and working collaboratively to achieve success. This role involves frequent travel to a designated territory, with approximately 50% travel expected.

You'll leverage your experience in the franchise environment and business acumen to propel our franchisees forward. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with other departments to ensure our franchisees have all the necessary tools for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis (e.g., balance sheet, income statement analysis, operating ratios)
Sales and Marketing (e.g., Outside sales skills, E-marketing, digital, and database)
Support Site Resources (e.g., training, business development, production)
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Print/Signs/Graphic Industry
Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Key Competencies:
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Deadline-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
