Job description
Our customer in Elkhart IN is looking to add an Inside Salesperson to their team that deals with outdoor home improvements! This position would best fit someone who has been in customer service at some capacity and can build quick relationships with potential clients. Making good first impressions, computer fluency, data entry, self driven, and great communication skills. The ultimate goal of this role is to educate customers, make them feel comfortable, and set a meeting between them and s:omeone on the design team.
-Schedule is Monday thru Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 30 minute lunch, could be some holiday events but they are planned months in advance, and 9am-1pm every other Saturday but then will receive a half day off during that week.
-This role is an hourly position and offers full benefits with holiday and PTO.
-Compensation would be $20/hour along with time and a half for OT.
