Resonetics has continued with advanced development of laser processing to solve the most complex manufacturing challenges while also expanding into additional capabilities to vertically integrate and provide our customers with better manufacturing solutions.
This position employs an individual with familiarity with quality systems (Corrective and Preventive Action, Audit, Supplier Management, Documentation, etc.) in a contract manufacturing environment, providing additional support on assigned Quality Assurance activities.
- Process documentation changes using an electronic documentation management system, including the reconciliation of hard copies at satellite locations.
- Maintain Quality Assurance files (both electronic and paper) in accordance with internal procedures.
- Participate and/or support internal training activities.
- Support Calibration activities.
- Support the compilation of meeting presentations and minutes where required.
- Scanning and filing of quality records where necessary.
- Management of electronic workflows for quality systems functions (CAPA, deviations, non-conformances, etc.)
- Tracking and assistance with resolution of complaints and corrective actions.
- Completing customer survey requests.
- Monitoring and executing supplier evaluations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with quality systems in a quality or documentation control role.
- Experience with document control processes and change orders.
- Experience with corrective actions and/or complaints
- High School diploma.
- Proficiency with Microsoft application.
