We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Senior SAP CSV Manager/Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the transition from our current ERP system (QAD) to SAP, overseeing the elimination of the automated Coupa system. Your responsibilities will span across various business functions, including Finance, AP/AR, Operations (MRP), Procurement, and Inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the seamless transition from the existing QAD ERP system to SAP across all business units.
Oversee the elimination of the automated Coupa system and ensure a smooth integration with SAP.
Demonstrate a profound understanding of SAP modules, configurations, and functionalities, with an emphasis on Finance, AP/AR, Operations, Procurement, and Inventory management.
Execute efficient CSV management, ensuring accurate import/export, cleansing, and transformation of data to meet business requirements.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of SAP data structures and CSV intricacies to optimize data processes.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to derive actionable insights and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, utilizing your expertise to validate SAP implementations to guarantee data integrity and system reliability.
Manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
Act as a senior-level troubleshooter, providing support to resolve SAP-related issues and mentoring team members in effective problem-solving.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP environment, staying abreast of the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in successfully transitioning from a non-SAP ERP system to SAP.
Extensive hands-on experience in SAP implementation and management, with a focus on Finance, AP/AR, Operations, Procurement, and Inventory.
Strong understanding of CSV management, data analysis, and compliance validation within SAP.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
In-depth knowledge of SAP data structures and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
Continuous learner with a commitment to staying updated on the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
