This food service position earns a competitive salary of $43,000 - $65,000 per year with a highly competitive bonus structure (up to $18,000 in bonuses per year) . WHAT TO EXPECT AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER
In this food service position, you consistently deliver an excellent guest experience for our patrons! You stay true to our award-winning reputation, keeping our restaurant running smoothly. A natural-born leader, you lead and inspire your team as well as build sales, profitability, and guest counts. Your experience serves you well as you manage the profits and losses for the restaurant and consistently meet and exceed our financial objectives.
Using your networking skills, you promote our brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
