The Shottenkirk Automotive Group currently operates 24 Automotive Dealerships in 6 states and employs over 2,300 people. We are family-owned and have been in business for over 60 years. We need to hire an  Accounts Payable/ Receivable Clerk (AP/AR Clerk). No dealership experience is required. We value our employees and invest in their success.

AP/AR Clerk: 

• Reconcile accounts
• Issue receipts
• Follow up on past due accounts
• Monitor receivable aging
• Keep filing up-to-date
• Other duties as assigned

AP/AR Clerk: 

• No dealership experience is required – we will train
• Must understand basic concepts of accounting
• Must have intermediate skill using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be dependable, on time, and team orientated
• Must have the ability to handle a high volume of work and be able to multi task
• DealerTrack experience a plus
• Data entry skills with attention to detail
• Professional appearance
• Team player with positive attitude
• Driven and self-motivated personality.
• Good customer service skills
