You will be responsible for providing project management. As the Project Manager, you will be a valuable member of the team and help us to achieve our goals in a timely and cost-efficient manner. What's In It for You We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $130,000 Annually -Vacation/PTO -Medical, Dental, Life & Vision Insurance -401k  -Bonus -Paid Holidays What You Will Be Doing The Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager is responsible for setting and maintaining project schedules, creating and managing budgets, and negotiating and securing contracts with subcontractors. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Negotiate and secure contracts with subcontractors. Manage and coordinate the activities of subcontractors. Communicate project progress to stakeholders. Create and maintain accurate records of project progress. Ensure project safety and adherence to building codes. Manage project close-out and final documentation What You Need for this Position The Project Manager position is responsible for the successful management of large-scale construction projects. At least 3-5 years of experience in the Construction industry, specifically as a Project Manager over all or some of the following Construction Sectors: -Commercial, Office, Retail, Industrial Restaurant, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Interiors, Ground Up, & Tenant Improvement Religious Projects -This individual must possess the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, plan and coordinate the various aspects of a project, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  Top Reasons To Work For Us We are a well-established construction company with a diverse portfolio of projects.
