The Academic Advisor provides high level quality academic support to the assigned student population (undergrad and grad) and will work collaboratively with the Office of the Registrar, Admissions, and the School of Professional Studies (SPS) academic/administrative staff to ensure student issues and concerns are addressed.  This individual's primary responsibility is to provide quality direct services to students.  Other responsibilities are related to and integral in continuous efforts to improve student satisfaction, student persistence, retention and ultimately the whole student experience.

Major Responsibilities:  

The Academic Advisor serves as the primary contact for an assigned roster of students to engage and guide them toward academic success.
