Full Time- Salaried Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $34,000 - $42,000

WIS Area Manager Job Preview:

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounts Receivable department by processing daily receipts, and weekly invoices, reviewing Aging Reports, and responding the employee and customer inquiries. Essential Responsibilities: 

• Processes daily receipts
• Assists with Aging Reports
• Reviews and analyzes General Ledger detail (bad debt) 
• Assists with customer and employee inquiries
• Loads data and compiles Excel spreadsheets 
• Effectively identifies, analyzes, and utilizes data with little or no supervision
• Assists International offices with AR-related requests
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties 
• Leads by example and demonstrates the core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills: 

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Accounting/Finance department (GL, AR, AP)
• The ability to prioritize a work schedule and multi-task
• Proven effective communication skills in both formal and informal settings
• The ability to effectively and positively respond to challenging inquiries 
• Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: 

  Oracle HR Accounting experience

Working Conditions: 

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods, use a keyboard and mouse, frequently.
