LaSalle Network has partnered with a rapidly growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company headquartered in the Nashville, Tennessee market. This client is backed by a prominent Private Equity firm and is on an exciting trajectory of expansion and is growing rapidly through acquisition. As our client continues to innovate and drive excellence in their industry, they are seeking a highly motivated and strategic
FP&A Manager to join their finance team.
This client is back in the office on a hybrid schedule and is looking for a leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of their company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive financial planning, analysis and reporting.
FP&A Manager Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance decision-making
- Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budget and forecasts
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand business drivers and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Provide financial guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct special financial and business-related studies as requested by leadership
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for financial information and analysis
FP&A Manager Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A roles, preferably within the CPG industry
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
