Job description

Overview:

In this position you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals on audit engagements. Initially you will assist in the audit of selected financial statement accounts, document accounting systems and internal controls, prepare appropriate audit work papers, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and management letters. These duties may include, but are not limited to:

Essential Duties:

• Work with a team of professionals on audit engagements and work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Partners in the audit process
• Provide support on engagements and communicate effectively and timely
• Demonstrate strong research skills, capability to solve problems, and serve clients at a professional level at all times
• Provide quality audit support services in accordance with the relevant regulations, government policies/procedures and client policies/procedure
• Support performance, compliance, financial, internal and quality assurance audits
• Under direction of senior, proofs financial statements, audit reports and other documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required; advanced degree preferred
• Active pursuit of CPA a must
• Strong oral and written communication skills
