Candidates local to Columbus, Ohio are preferred for this role as the selected candidate needs to be in the office 3 days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities
CGI is looking to hire an experienced Business Systems Analyst with experience in the Education Grants Management domain. You will work in one of the most significant and highly visible teams, which gives you an opportunity to make a statement across multiple levels with your efforts. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is client-focused and detail-oriented. In this role you will apply analytical thinking to solve dynamic problems working directly with our customers. You will need to ensure clear and accurate delivery of information, be able to eliminate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, adapt to change, incorporate new information, focus on results, and work proficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven, environment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 10+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst.
• 10+ years of experience performing business analysis planning and management.
• 10+ years of experience eliciting requirements and managing stakeholder
collaboration.
• 10+ years of experience performing business need and strategy analysis.
• 10+ years of experience managing the life cycle of requirements, performing
requirements analysis, and design definition.
• 10+ years of experience performing business process management and modeling.
• 10+ years of experience performing solution evaluation: measure and analyze
solution performance and assess limitations
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Education Grants Management domain.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile Software Development and Delivery
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Agile work management tools such as Azure DevOps
or Jira
• 3+ years of experience performing or supporting Organizational Change
Management
• 3+ years of experience with Balsamiq or similar wireframe / mock-up tool
• 3+ years of experience with Visio, Draw.io, or similar process-mapping tool
• Professional certification in Business Analysis such as ECBA, CCBA, and CBAP
series or PMI-PBA
• Professional certification in Agile Business Analysis or Product Owner practices such
as IIBA-AAC, SCPO, or PSPO
• Professional certification in Organizational Change Management such as Prosci
Certified Change Practitioner
• Master’s Degree

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $67.800 - $180,200
