Lead Planner/Scheduler - Remote Opportunity

Are you someone who thrives on organization, collaboration, and problem-solving? We're looking for a Lead Planner/Scheduler to join our dynamic team remotely, with occasional travel to the beautiful city of Los Alamos, New Mexico. You'll be a crucial part of our efforts to support the Los Alamos Legacy Waste Cleanup Project.

Your Responsibilities:

Schedule Development: Create and maintain detailed schedules for projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Resource Analysis: Analyze available resources and manpower to optimize project efficiency.
Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of changes and keep stakeholders informed.
Problem Resolution: Provide guidance and assistance in resolving project control issues.
Client Interaction: Interface with clients and attend meetings as needed to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
And More: From P6 administration to data quality checks, your role will be diverse and rewarding.
What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: You have a proven track record in project planning and scheduling, ideally within a DOE environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 is a plus, along with a strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction concepts.
Analytical Mindset: You excel at problem-solving and have excellent analytical skills.
Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Education: Depending on your level of education and experience, we have opportunities for candidates with various backgrounds.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 71,000.00 Per Year
